Lighting standards for factories and warehouses
To ensure stable operation of the warehouse without many technical problems, the following lighting standards are required:
– Environmental lighting standards – ensuring illumination of all locations in the warehouse, non-flickering light, and no shadows affecting operations.
– Illuminance, color rendering index, and factory standards – the higher the requirement for the working position and concentration, the greater the illuminance requirement.
– For product inspection warehouses, 500 Lux or more; for production areas, 300 Lux; for general areas, 100 – 200 Lux; the color rendering index for factories needs to be above 75 Ra.
