Radio Shuttle Rack – Semi-automatic Cold Storage Rack

Radio Shuttle cold storage rack is a semi-automatic goods storage solution. It uses guide rails and an automatic support system to move goods in and out of the rack. Radio Shuttle racks are widely used in cold storage and freezer warehouses to store products such as agricultural products, fruits and vegetables, fresh flowers, seafood, meat, milk, medicinal herbs, etc. Due to the low temperature nature of cold storage, the semi-automatic Radio Shuttle rack is one of the most optimal choices.

Radio Shuttle racking is designed similarly to Drive-In racking, with added guide rails and support brackets. This eliminates the need for forklifts to enter the racking, reducing the risk of collision during retrieval. Loading and unloading speeds are also significantly increased. Another advantage of this cold storage racking system is its flexible switching between FIFO and LIFO, providing convenience for businesses in inventory management.

Drive-In Racking

Drive-In racking is a top choice for investors due to its space-saving capabilities, maximizing warehouse area utilization. Aisles are minimized, significantly increasing storage density.
