Detailed structure of medium-duty rack
– Column (post, leg): Columns are usually folded and punched in an Ω shape. The biggest difference is the size and thickness of the medium-duty shelf column.
– Beam of the medium-duty shelf is a zp beam, folded in a zp shape, creating a ledge for the floor. Depending on the load, this beam can be thick or thin.
– Floor (shelf, tray): Also known as a steel floor, it is a rectangular plate, folded at the edges and placed on the beam, creating layers. This is where customers place goods.
– Bracing bar: usually folded in a C shape, bracing the medium-duty shelf column helps the column stand firmly and securely.
– Screws: Medium-duty shelves need screws to be sturdy, to install the bracing bar and to hold the beam in place.
