Medium-duty shelving specifications
Currently, VietPos Rack’s medium-duty warehouse shelving is divided into 2 types based on the load capacity of each level: medium-duty shelving 350kg/level and medium-duty shelving 500kg/level. Customers can choose the type of shelving that suits their goods specifications and warehouse space.
Medium-duty shelf 350kg/level
– Load capacity 350kg / level
– Omega uprights 50×60, 1.5mm thick
– Beam arms 35×75, 1.5mm thick
– Steel shelves 0.6mm thick (reinforced 0.8mm)
– Cross and horizontal bracing (20x40x1.0) mm
– Base plate 1.4mm
– Electrostatic powder coating in orange and blue
– Cold-rolled steel material, Japanese standard JIS G3131, G3101
– Safe deflection: 0.5%.
– Material tolerance: ± 5%.
– Powder coating: Oxyplast powder paint material
Medium-duty shelving 500kg/level
– Load capacity 500kg / level
– Omega uprights 50×60, 1.9mm thick
– Beam arms 35×75, 1.9mm thick
– Steel shelves 0.8mm thick (reinforced to 1.0mm)
– Cross and horizontal braces (20x40x1.0) mm
– Upright base 1.4mm
– Electrostatic powder coating in orange and blue
– Cold-rolled steel material, Japanese standard JIS G3131, G3101
– Safe deflection: 0.5%.
