Cantilever racks are used for easier front-loading of goods. They help save warehouse space, increasing storage area by 50%. They can store all oversized goods. Load capacity is up to 1000 – 6000kg/level, suitable for all specialized forklifts.

Cantilever racks are primarily used for storing bulky, oversized, long loads such as timber, plasterboard, steel frames & pipes, and PVC carpets.

Components of Cantilever Racks:

• Uprights – Uprights are the vertical beams that support the arms.
• Base – The uprights connect directly to the most common bolted bases, providing stability and support for the load-bearing uprights.
• Arms – Racking arms are the horizontal beams that support the load during storage. They can be positioned at different angles depending on storage requirements.
• Bracing – Bracing connects and supports the uprights, creating strength and rigidity.
