1. Import input materials

Choosing input raw materials is a very important step in producing standard industrial warehouse shelves. For warehouse and display shelf products, the raw material that needs to be selected carefully is steel. This is a key factor to obtain high quality products.

Standard steel types with full input material certificates selected by VietPOSRack are:

• EN 10025: This is hot rolled type
• EN 10346: Hot-dip galvanized flat steel to qualify for complete shelf assembly according to technical requirements.

• CND stamping machine system: With the function of stamping and shaping hole details (circle, teardrop shape, trapezoid,…) on warehouse shelves. Stamping width up to 1m7 with 20 automatic stamping lines, this step can stamp continuously, quickly and accurately.
• Shaping and Cutting to Specifications: After CNC rolling and shaping, the pillar and tie rod parts continue to be cut to create finished products with the correct size and design specifications
• CNC automatic component welding: This step helps weld joints securely and achieve high aesthetics.
• Positioning drilling: As an important step in the production process, positioning drilling helps drill holes to the right size when installing bolts, screws,…
• Electrostatic painting workshop: After completing the basic processing steps mentioned above, the warehouse shelf parts continue to be taken to the painting workshop for surface treatment, cleaning, and disinfection. VietPOSRack uses 2 types of powder coating as follows: Zinc code paint and Hot dip zinc code.
