This 48″ wide 7-tier storage rack is engineered for warehouses, production facilities, packing stations, and any environment requiring organized material management. Built with a durable steel frame and equipped with smooth slide-out polypropylene bins, the system maximizes storage efficiency and accessibility.

The rack features seven 48″ steel wire shelves available in two finish options:

• Silver powder-coated shelves with grey bins

• Black powder-coated shelves with semi-translucent bins

It includes 21 high-impact polypropylene (HIPP) slide-out bins, consisting of:

• 6 XL bins

• 15 large bins

Each bin slides out effortlessly and tips forward with a lock, ensuring safe and convenient access to stored items. The rack comes with 33 bin labels and 4 removable HIPP dividers for customizable organization.

The frame is built with sturdy 1″ diameter steel posts and includes four 3″ casters (two locking) as well as four leveling feet, allowing the rack to be both mobile and securely fixed. The system is NSF-certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 2, suitable for dry environments and food-related applications.
